Husband, Wife & Children under 18		A. Originality 1 - 5 points
( Initiation fee $5.00, upon acceptance )		B. Quality 1 - 10 points
		C. Appearance 1 - 5 points

WITH THIS APPLICATION		You must receive a total of 14 points to be
DUES ARE PAYABLE WHEN		accepted as a member.

		Commercial kits or your own kits, plastic

Send photos and application to:		Assembled items that are not 70% hand crafted,
		bazaar items, and other items at the jurying

		All media, photography, oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel,
		and print making. (hand pulled printing )

		If accepted for jurying, you will be notified
		by mail prior to the jurying session.

		Invitations will be sent out in the order that
		the applications were received.
